my account was completely disabled for violating the ToS. My friends told me that I could sell if I'm 13 years or older, that was not true. It was my fault for not fact checking. However, they did not have to verify their passports so they get away with it. I was asked to verify the second week after selling. Now that my account is disabled, they sent me a message saying I could still get my funds back in 90 days and there will be an email explaining what to do. I never got the email and I can't contact support because my account is completely dead. I understand that it is their policy but I do not understand why I am the only one that was asked to verify and why I did not get an email explaining how I can get my money back.

The work was amazing.
Not only did anthea_forsdike correct the letters for me, she referred me to a very effective and cheap course she does and in addition made an explanatory video for me for each correction. It is highly recommended

It was worst experience and waste of time i noticed with fiverr.

They don't listen to sellers and also not good with them.

I had an account "scarlet_shopify" with Shopify Website Designer services, they simply blocked my account and now they aren't replying to my mail i sent many times their last reply was of 11 january 2023 and now its 7 February 2023.

I wasted my years and alot of effort.

The sellers take pride in their work and strive to please the buyer and deliver a product the buyer is completely satisfied with.

Adrian is amazing!! He is very prompt and knows exactly what we want and delivers with Perfection!!! This is my 2nd project with him and I am sure there will be many more to come. Good Luck and Keep up the awesome work Adrian!!

I had a sickening experience on Fiverr. I got scammed by a user, recording a skit, which turned out to be a foot feti$h - and the moment I reported this to FIVERR management, they closed m account and the reason was that I participated in p0rn content - I MEAN, I WAS THE ONE REPORTING IT TO THEM....ludicrous!!! By the way, this is not the first time this has happened to people, I found more people who suffered. Please note, THEY DO NOT CARE about anyone but themselves. May Justice be served to this pathetic business.

I've been a seller on Fiverr since 2019. I had 100+ reviews, and a top seller account, and this was the only job that I was doing. I wanted to be a successful independent contractor. After making hundreds of new clients, providing great customer satisfaction I was hit with the hard reality that Fiverr doesn't care about Freelancers. My account was suspended without any explanation. I didn't break any Terms or conditions, I created unique gig images and I still have the source files, I never contacted any client outside of the platform etc. Support team was really unhelpful. I didn't get any straight answer. I still don't know why my account was suspended. 3 years of hard work, but nothing to show for now. I'm back to square one. Stay as far as you can from this platform if you don't want the same thing to happen to you.

Btw, they also take 20% commission from the tips you receive.

I was cheated on Fiverr, and customer support couldn't help. The seller's name was "chasemg10", and he delivered an empty file for my order of filing a design patent, pretending that he downloaded it improperly from the USPTO website. he was lying all the way around, and couldn't be contacted anymore.

One seller cheated me by not delivering and even after the otder was rejected and put for review he didn't deliver nd beat about the bush. unfiurtunatel i had to cancel the order. Thanks to Fiverr my money was not wasted and the whole amount was reimbursed to me. thanks to Fiverr i was saved from getting duped.

Be careful with people without minimum 20reviews.I recommend to choose all the time someone with minimum 20 reviews . I have some issues with some sellers but Fiver team manage to resolve it
Great customer service from Fiver team

Every time I use Fiverr I have a great experience. Every seller is eager to do a good job, and the rating system is really thorough. I love it. Not every seller is as talented as they would like to think, but the prices are so low you can afford to have multiple people do the same gig and still come out ahead.
